Tip 1: Find that movement that your body responds well
Find the one movement where you really feel the muscles that you're meant to feel. We see a lot of people never finding the exercises that work best for their body. Not everyone responds to every movement the same. That’s why you should find movements that your body really responds to. How one person trains is going to be a bit different than an other. If you don't respond well to the bench, try other variations until you find the one that you do respond well to(incline bench, cables, etc.). Once you have found that movement, do it, get that volume in.
Tip 2: Use more targeted movements
We love compound movements but that doesn't mean we shouldn't be hitting these isolation movements. We want to stimulate the muscle from as many angles and ranges of motion as we can, which means get into those iso movements.
