So that's what brings you here. You want to figure out how to train correctly to get the body you want. The body you deserve. There is a lot of misinformation on the internet, a lot of confusion. How many times should you train per week? At what percentages? How should you order your exercises? What about diet?
Let's take the guess work out of lifting and get you what you actually want; results. A whole lot of results. Look better, feel better, lift better. I'm not here to promise you anything fancy. What will be required is work. And a lot of it. But we will make the process as easy as possible.
This fat loss program is designed to make the process of looking better as easy as possible. The focus is on maintaining or even building your strength. Why? Strength is the key to preserve your muscle mass (and thus your metabolism). We don't want you starving on celery sticks. This is meant to be a sustainable lifestyle. Enjoy some ice cream in moderation, lift heavy and do minimal cardio to get results.
We walk you through everything. From the very basic stuff like what to eat, how to set up your macros etc, to more advanced stuff like principles of lifting and technique hacks. Our goal is to give you a comprehensive overview of how you should train, eat and approach your fat loss to maximize results.

Kizen training is the result of three coaches coming together to combine their collective experience into a new training approach.
